When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 0-2 business days once payment has been cleared.  We want to ensure that our customers receive their purchase as soon as possible.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship to Canada, United States, and certain International Locations.  Please see the Shipping Policies page for more details and exclusions.

How do I contact you if I have questions

Will you buy my cards?

We are currently only purchasing Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG singles.  If you do not see your singles on our buylist, then you may also sell us your cards in bulk, in which case you can refer to the bulk pricing associated with the rarity of your card.  Please refer to the "Buylist" page for more details.

Do you price match?

Unfortunately we do not price match at the moment.  However, check back here in case our policy changes in the future.

What are your store hours?

At the moment, we are an online only retailer and thus our site is live 24/7.  Our staff operates under Pacific Standard Time (9:00AM - 5:00PM) so please keep that in mind when you contact us!

Can I ship my order to a different address compared to my shipping address?

Unfortunately not.  Please ensure that your shipping address on our site is the address where you want it delivered.   We will not ship to other addresses otherwise.
