Return Policies

At Barngey's we take great pride in delivering high quality and authentic products to our customers while providing exceptional customer service.  If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will be happy to resolve your issues.

Refunds/Returns:

  • Unopened sealed products in the same condition that was sent can be shipped back to us.  However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.  A full refund will be given once we verify the contents.  Unfortunately we do not accept returns for TCG singles.

Exchanges:

  • Unopened sealed products can be exchanged for the same or similar products if we have it in stock.  However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. If not, we can issue you a full refund if desired.  Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges for TCG singles.

Damaged/Lost in Transit:

  • In the unlikely event that the item(s) become damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and some photos showing the issue and we will provide you with the following solutions:
  1. You can return the damaged item to us (you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return) and we will issue you a full refund once we received the damaged product back (if damaged in transit) or if its lost in the mail.  
  2. We can give you a discount for the damaged item if you wish to keep it still
  3. If desired, we can also exchange your damaged item for a new or similar item if we have it in stock.  The damaged item will need to be returned to us and you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
